What You Can Expect

  • Clarity. There are a lot of “shoulds” when it comes to self care. All these “shoulds” can clutter priorities and water down impact.

    • The MRR will offer you the opportunity to get clear about the behaviors and activities that are most in alignment with your specific needs via the Morning Routine Checkup.

  • Accountability. The of biggest hurdle to maintaining any type of regiment, is accountability; having someone to check-in and challenge when necessary.

    • The MRR will offer you an accountability partner to work with for 10 days.

  • Daily Motivation. One of the best ways to honor one’s routine and rituals is to get clear on why those specific behaviors and activities matter.

    • The MRR will offer you daily journal prompts for reflection and deepening.

  • Group Support. In addition to getting support from one designated person, processing one’s experience with a group is a great way to gain encouragement and perspective.

    • The MRR will offer you the opportunity to gain encouragement and perspective from other participants along your 10 day journey; 3x 45 minute check-ins via Google Hangouts:
