Our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposal. In addition to the ensuring the body stays alive by providing the lungs with needed oxygen, our breath can used to calm the central nervous system; cool the body; clear your mental palate; enhance your mood and more. Developing a relationship with my breath has been one of the most transformative things I have undertaken as an adult; I want to support others in the cultivation of this sacred relationship.
Join me at Body, Soul & Spirit Spa for a 90 minute introductory workshop to breath-work and mindfulness meditation. No experience necessary, all are welcome.
